Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join our team on a three-month contract. In this fully remote role, you will focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of API integrations and payment workflows, collaborating closely with developers to validate new features and identify defects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the delivery of robust, high-quality software in a modern payments platform.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality and reliability of API integrations and payment-related workflows.
- Collaborate with developers to validate new features and identify defects.
- Create and execute test cases to validate request/response behavior.
- Support the delivery of high-quality software in an Agile environment.
- Test webhooks and asynchronous event-driven workflows.
- Utilize testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or Playwright.
Requirements
- Strong experience testing C#/.NET APIs.
- Hands-on experience with automation/testing frameworks.
- Solid understanding of API testing and debugging.
- Experience testing terminal/POS transaction flows.
- Ability to create test cases and work collaboratively with development teams.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments.
- Desirable: Experience with Adyen payment integrations.
