Overview
The Retail Solution Architect will play a crucial role in a major transformation programme across a multi-site retail estate. This position is designed for a seasoned architect, responsible for shaping the architecture and ensuring the effective integration of new technology solutions across retail operations and customer channels. The role involves close collaboration with both business and technology stakeholders to align solutions with operational requirements and long-term strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture and design across multiple retail locations.
- Support the implementation of a new home delivery platform.
- Facilitate the implementation of a new hotel booking system.
- Drive EPOS modernisation initiatives.
- Guide the introduction of a new till system.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational needs and strategy.

- Proven experience in delivering technology solutions within retail environments.
- Strong knowledge of retail technology architecture and store systems.
- Experience with EPOS platforms and related modernisation programmes.
