Overview
We are seeking a Rust Developer for a 12-week contract focused on developing and enhancing customer-facing web applications. In this fully remote role, you will collaborate closely with the Tech Lead to drive backend and frontend functionality aimed at improving billing, account management, and customer service systems. Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance backend and frontend functionality for web applications.
- Collaborate with the Tech Lead to define technical requirements and project scope.
- Implement and maintain backend API services in Rust.
- Utilize AWS Serverless architecture for cloud-based solutions.
- Contribute to the overall design and architecture of the platform.
- Test and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
- Proven commercial experience with Rust programming.
- Strong background in backend API development.
- Familiarity with AWS and cloud-native environments.
- Experience with serverless architectures.
- Solid engineering fundamentals and ability to work independently.
- Experience with Leptos is a plus.
