Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a focus on Revenue Operations (RevOps) for a 9-month contract role. The contractor will play a crucial role in consolidating multiple business entities into a unified Salesforce platform during an ongoing merger, collaborating closely with various stakeholders and supporting users throughout the transition.
Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts, security settings, and configurations within Salesforce to ensure proper access and functionality.
- Implement and optimize Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud features to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Utilize Salesforce Flows to automate repetitive processes and improve efficiency within the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align sales processes and develop insightful reporting solutions.
- Engage with consulting partners and provide daily support to users, resolving issues as they arise.
- Travel to key office locations 1-2 days per week to support on-site requirements during the implementation process.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Salesforce administration, particularly within complex organizational environments.
- Proven knowledge of Revenue Operations principles and their application in sales processes and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations.
- Expertise in using Salesforce Flows for process automation.
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and support users in their Salesforce utilization.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and tools like Spiff is advantageous.
