Overview
The contractor will serve as a Salesforce Architect with a focus on integration, particularly leveraging Jitterbit to enhance organizational capabilities. Collaborating closely with the CTO and other stakeholders, the architect will drive the technical direction, develop architecture artifacts, and ensure alignment across various platforms while managing complex vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead on integration initiatives and serve as the subject matter expert for Jitterbit.
- Assess integration options and fit with organizational needs throughout the RFI/RFP process.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders, advising on strategy and roadmaps.
- Facilitate the production of enterprise and platform architecture artifacts, such as capability mappings and decision documents.
- Support alignment of architectural practices across a major capital delivery platform.
- Manage cross-platform dependencies and ensure vendor alignment, particularly with the Primary Systems Integrator.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Enterprise and Platform Architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jitterbit, including integration design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a track record of working with C-suite executives.
- Ability to produce detailed architectural artifacts and documentation.
- Experience working within multi-vendor and complex environments.
- Background in supporting capital or asset-intensive delivery projects is preferred.
- A pragmatic, outcome-focused attitude and the ability to work efficiently.
