Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable Salesforce Business Analyst to guide our scrum team in delivering multiple concurrent projects within a hybrid working model. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, manage the product backlog, and support various phases of project delivery, from solution design through implementation and post-go-live support. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce and a solid understanding of business analysis practices, ensuring alignment between technical and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to build and maintain the product backlog.
  • Facilitate high-level estimation sessions and provide sizing for requirements.
  • Prepare Product Response templates to highlight impacts and dependencies.
  • Support the Lead Product Owner in decomposing Epics into Features.
  • Write high-quality user stories in Jira/Azure DevOps that meet INVEST criteria.
  • Conduct backlog refinement sessions with the team.
  • Model user journeys and create story maps for clarity across teams.
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for complex functionality.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and core clouds including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience.
  • Familiarity with Lightning Web Components/Aura, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Experience in Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Contact Centre solutions.
  • Understanding of DevOps processes and secure design principles.
  • Salesforce Certifications are highly desirable.
  • Must have experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
