Overview
The Salesforce Business Analyst will engage in a 9-month contract role focused on leading a major digital transformation for a public sector client. Collaborating closely with a Salesforce partner, the contractor will work primarily on the Salesforce Loyalty, Marketing, and Sales Clouds, ensuring effective project scoping and management of complex stakeholder requirements. This position calls for strong analytical skills to balance client demands with project deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce implementations.
- Assist in the scoping of projects focused on Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Facilitate discussions with clients to clarify and push back on requirements as necessary.
- Document project findings and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, particularly in Loyalty-themed projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end Salesforce implementations or transformations.
- Strong communication skills with experience in dealing with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and coordinate project activities efficiently.
- Familiarity with Salesforce tools and best practices.
