The Salesforce Change Manager will play a crucial role in delivering core Salesforce cloud solutions and a niche product rollout as part of a dynamic programme. Embedded within a consultancy partner's delivery team, this client-facing position requires strong stakeholder relationship management and the ability to work alongside technical teams. The contractor will ensure effective adoption and readiness for business go-live while working remotely with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively within a Salesforce implementation programme.
  • Support business readiness and go-live procedures in a consultancy environment.
  • Collaborate closely with technical delivery teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Represent the programme to clients, ensuring clarity and engagement throughout the process.
  • Foster adoption and ensure that project objectives are met upon completion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager on Salesforce implementation projects.
  • In-depth understanding of partner delivery models and client stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce core cloud delivery, including Sales and Service.
  • Experience in business readiness and go-live support in a consulting context.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with little oversight.
