Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Training Consultant to lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive end-user training strategy for a significant business transformation initiative. This role involves collaborating closely with programme leaders and various stakeholders to ensure effective user adoption of new systems and processes across international locations. The consultant will play a vital role in influencing stakeholders and creating impactful learning experiences that enhance user confidence and drive successful business change.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the end-user training strategy for a global transformation program.
- Create engaging classroom, virtual, and self-service learning experiences for users.
- Develop tailored, role-based learning journeys for diverse teams and experience levels.
- Produce high-quality training guides, documentation, and digital learning resources.
- Support User Acceptance Testing by providing guidance on new processes.
- Collaborate with programme teams, business stakeholders, and platform specialists.
- Champion user adoption, data quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support through the go-live phase and critical hypercare period.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading training workstreams within large transformation or CRM projects.
- Strong background in designing effective learning strategies for diverse user groups.
- Expertise in delivering engaging classroom, virtual, and digital learning solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with Lead-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, or comparable business processes.
- Knowledge of ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is a plus.
- Ability to develop role-based learning content and user guides.
- Experience in organisational change management and fostering user adoption.
