Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to take on a hands-on role within a complex enterprise-level architectural enablement function. This position focuses on producing detailed architectural artefacts and working closely with Technology Leadership and Programme teams to ensure alignment across multi-vendor and multi-platform environments. The consultant will be involved in the design, integration, and governance of Salesforce solutions, contributing to an 18-month programme with an expected initial contract of two months.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and produce enterprise and platform architecture artefacts, including platform models and capability mappings.
- Provide architectural support to align with the emerging enterprise platform model.
- Define and socialise platform definitions across multiple streams.
- Lead integration architecture design involving Salesforce and Jitterbit.
- Document and track integration-related design decisions and ensure compliance with standards.
- Produce decision-focused outputs for governance audiences.
- Support cross-platform dependency management and vendor alignment.
- Identify and mitigate integration risks related to data consistency and system performance.
Requirements
- Strong background in Enterprise and Platform Architecture.
- Hands-on Salesforce architecture experience, including Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud.
- Experience with CPQ and/or CLM is desirable.
- Solid understanding of integration patterns and middleware such as Jitterbit or MuleSoft.
- Familiarity with ERP integration, particularly NetSuite, D365, or SAP.
- Experience with design governance frameworks and multi-vendor environments.
- Proven experience in capital or asset-intensive delivery programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, especially at the C-suite level.
