Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join a client's team on a flexible, UK-wide basis, outside IR35. This role plays a crucial part in a major digital transformation programme in the regulatory sector, focusing on the development and enhancement of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product owners, architects, and internal technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions while working independently in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance custom functionalities across Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Build, test, and deploy Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and integrations to meet project requirements.
- Support the delivery of new features, bug fixes, and performance improvements to ensure optimal platform performance.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and technical teams to define technical solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Assist in stabilizing and extending ongoing projects while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure best practices are followed.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and new features to leverage for project enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer within complex and dynamic environments.
- Strong proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud (desirable but not essential).
- Ability to quickly understand and adapt to existing projects, delivering high-quality work from day one.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
