Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to support a major digital transformation program. This remote role involves collaborating with product owners and technical teams to enhance custom Salesforce functionalities across various platforms, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The candidate will focus on building and optimizing Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations to improve system performance and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain custom Salesforce functionalities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud platforms.
- Build and optimize Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and integrations to improve system performance and user experience.
- Support the delivery of new features, bug fixes, and performance enhancements to ensure project stability and scalability.
- Collaborate effectively with product owners, architects, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Assist in stabilizing and extending ongoing Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain best practices and compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in complex, enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (desirable but not essential).
- Ability to quickly understand existing projects and deliver high-quality solutions from day one.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Immediate availability to start the role.
