Overview
We are seeking five experienced Salesforce Developers to join a major transformation programme on an initial six-month contract. This remote-first role will involve occasional travel to London as part of a collaborative engineering guild, where you will contribute to delivering scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions across multiple operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance Salesforce solutions using both declarative and programmatic methods.
- Develop scalable Lightning experiences to boost user and agent productivity.
- Create integrations with external systems utilizing modern APIs.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to deliver robust platform solutions.
- Contribute to shared engineering standards and CI/CD practices.
- Improve the overall platform with best practices and standards.
Requirements
- Strong Salesforce development experience using declarative configuration and Apex.
- Proficiency in Lightning Experience and Lightning Components.
- Familiarity with development tools such as VS Code or IntelliJ.
- Experience using Git or another version control system.
- Proficient in building or consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with various teams.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
