Overview
We are seeking multiple Salesforce Developers to join a significant transformation programme on an initial six-month contract. This remote-first position will involve occasional travel to London, where the developers will work within a collaborative engineering guild to deliver business-critical solutions across various operational teams, focusing on Salesforce Clouds and enterprise integrations.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic methods.
- Build scalable Lightning experiences to enhance user and agent productivity.
- Develop integrations with external systems utilizing modern APIs.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure robust platform solutions are delivered.
- Contribute to shared engineering standards and CI/CD practices to improve the platform.
Requirements
- Strong Salesforce development experience, with proficiency in both declarative configuration and Apex development.
- Experience with Lightning Experience and Lightning Components.
- Familiarity with development tools such as VS Code or IntelliJ.
- Proficiency in using Git or a similar version control system.
- Experience building or consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
