Overview
We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Consultant for a 3-month contract to drive a Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementation. The consultant will engage with the client's technical team and ensure successful project delivery while working closely with stakeholders. This role will require a strong background in Salesforce FSL with proven leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
- Collaborate with the technical team to align project goals and requirements.
- Represent the technical team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on FSL.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
- Ensure project milestones are met within the specified timeline.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the implementation team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
- Demonstrated ability to lead FSL implementations.
- Strong experience in technical team representation and project delivery.
- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and design principles.
- Ability to commute to London 2-3 days per week.
