The Salesforce IT Trainer will be pivotal in delivering high-quality Salesforce training solutions to a diverse user base across the UK. They will collaborate closely with project managers, stakeholders, and external developers to design and implement effective learning experiences tailored to a Sales and Marketing audience. This role requires significant travel across the UK and offers the opportunity for candidates with a technical background in IT programs to transition into training and business change.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement structured learning plans for Salesforce users.
  • Deliver tailored CRM training to Sales and Marketing personnel.
  • Work with project managers and stakeholders to define training standards.
  • Create engaging and effective training materials using instructional design principles.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and assessments.
  • Act as a Salesforce subject-matter expert to support training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external system developers on training content.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce IT Trainer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience in delivering IT training to Sales and Marketing audiences.
  • Ability to develop training materials based on instructional design principles.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK for training sessions.
  • Background in IT systems and understanding of change management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
