Overview
The Salesforce IT Trainer will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions across various users in the UK. This position involves close collaboration with project managers and stakeholders to create targeted training programs for a Sales and Marketing audience, drawing on expertise in CRM systems. The trainer will develop and implement engaging learning experiences, ensuring that training materials are consistent and tailored to meet the needs of end users.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality Salesforce training solutions tailored to end-user needs.
- Implement structured learning plans using instructional design principles.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define training standards.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on Salesforce and contribute to training needs analysis.
- Create and assess e-learning materials to enhance learner engagement.
- Support the rollout of Salesforce across a diverse user base throughout the UK.
- Facilitate training sessions while traveling to various locations as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Trainer, specifically in Salesforce or CRM systems.
- Strong background in training development and instructional design.
- Experience delivering training to Sales and Marketing audiences.

- Willingness to travel across the UK for training purposes.
