Overview
The Salesforce Test Manager will play a crucial role in a significant greenfield Salesforce implementation, focusing on establishing a comprehensive testing strategy from inception. This position will collaborate with various business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure quality assurance throughout the project's lifecycle, enabling seamless platform delivery and successful user adoption.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the overall Test Strategy and Test Plan for the Salesforce programme.
- Define test objectives, scope, approach, governance, and success criteria.
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across multiple business teams.
- Create, develop, and execute detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution activities.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and implementation partners.
- Provide governance, risk management, and quality assurance reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Remain hands-on where required to support successful test execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Test Manager on Salesforce implementation programmes.
- Expertise in creating Test Strategies, Test Plans, and QA governance frameworks.
- Strong experience in leading UAT planning and execution.
- Hands-on testing background with end-to-end test management capabilities.
- Experience supporting complex Salesforce integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly delivery-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Familiarity with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
