Overview
The Salesforce Test Manager will play a crucial role in a major digital transformation project, overseeing the testing strategy and execution for a greenfield Salesforce implementation. Working in a hybrid capacity, the successful candidate will collaborate with various business teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of the Salesforce platform, while also managing the User Acceptance Testing process and defect resolution activities.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the overall Test Strategy and Test Plan for the programme's phases.
- Define test objectives, scope, approach, governance, and success criteria.
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across multiple business teams.
- Create, develop, and execute detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution activities.
- Provide governance, risk management, and quality assurance reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and implementation partners.
- Lead hands-on testing efforts as needed to ensure successful test execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Test Manager on Salesforce implementation programmes.
- Expertise in developing Test Strategies, Test Plans, and QA governance frameworks.
- Strong experience leading UAT planning and execution.
- Hands-on testing background with end-to-end test management capabilities.
- Experience supporting complex Salesforce integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Delivery-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Experience with CRM transformation or digital transformation initiatives.
