In this 6-month contract role, the Salesforce Trainer will be instrumental in facilitating the successful adoption of a new Salesforce implementation within a prominent UK organisation that provides essential services to the community. This position involves designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for staff members at all levels, with a focus on ensuring clear understanding of Salesforce functionalities and effective use as a central platform across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and delivery of a comprehensive training strategy aligned to the transformation programme.
  • Develop, update, and maintain training materials, user guides, and knowledge assets tailored for different staff groups.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities, both in-person and virtually.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to capture and transfer critical business and technical knowledge.
  • Provide feedback on adoption challenges and learning needs identified during delivery.
  • Monitor training completion rates, knowledge transfer effectiveness, and overall staff readiness.
  • Contribute to the development of a continuous learning culture within the organization.
  • Assist in developing 'train-the-trainer' approaches to enhance local training capabilities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in delivering training and knowledge transfer within a business transformation or technology change context.
  • Experience in the childcare, education, or social care sector is highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record of developing training content and conducting effective knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and their application in training delivery.
  • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and project teams in large-scale programmes.
