Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Training Consultant to lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive end-user training strategy for a major business transformation program. The consultant will be instrumental in influencing stakeholders and creating engaging learning experiences while ensuring successful adoption of new processes across multiple international teams. This hands-on consultancy role offers the opportunity to build a training program from the ground up and significantly impact user confidence and business change.
Responsibilities
- Design and own the end-user training strategy for a global transformation programme.
- Create engaging classroom, virtual, and self-service learning experiences.
- Develop role-based learning journeys tailored to different teams and experience levels.
- Produce high-quality training guides, documentation, and digital content.
- Support User Acceptance Testing to prepare users for new processes.
- Champion user adoption, data quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Influence stakeholders while remaining hands-on with delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading training workstreams within business transformation or CRM programmes.
- Expertise in designing learning strategies for diverse user groups.
- Experience delivering classroom, virtual, and digital learning solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Understanding of Lead-to-Cash or comparable commercial business processes.
- Experience in developing role-based learning content and user guides.
- Ability to work confidently with stakeholders across various business functions.
