Overview
The Business Data and Process Lead will be essential in driving forward a key S4 programme for a partner organization. Collaborating with a team of finance professionals and project managers, the contractor will leverage extensive experience in financial planning and analysis to enhance data management and operational processes. This hybrid role requires in-office presence in Cambridgeshire two days a week, with a focus on delivering impactful solutions from start-up to execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial process optimization initiatives and data management strategies.
- Develop and implement financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate data management protocols in S4 Hana.
- Utilize portfolio planning tools, including Planisware, to enhance project tracking.
- Generate and analyze KPI reporting to guide decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in pharmaceuticals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in FP&A or related planning roles.
- Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and portfolio planning tools like Planisware.
- Prior involvement in large-scale S4 Hana projects is essential.
- Industry experience in pharmaceuticals is required.
- Ability to start within 4 weeks of receiving an offer.
- Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from the office.
