Overview
The Business Data and Process Lead will play a critical role in guiding a key partner through an S4 Hana programme as part of their finance and planning initiatives. The contractor will leverage their extensive experience in financial planning and analysis to optimize processes and data management within a hybrid work environment, dedicating three days a week on-site in Bedfordshire. The role is initially offered for six months with potential for extension, and aims to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of S4 Hana processes related to financial planning and analysis.
- Lead initiatives in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiencies and data accuracy.
- Provide expertise on large-scale S4 Hana project management within the pharmaceuticals sector.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data and process improvements.
- Monitor and report on the success of implemented processes, making recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, enterprise performance management, or related planning roles.
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles.
- Experience with KPI reporting and performance analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in large-scale S4 Hana projects, particularly in the pharmaceuticals industry.
- Ability to start within four weeks of offer acceptance.
- Candidates must be within commuting distance to the Bedfordshire office and cannot require sponsorship.
