Overview
The SAP OTC Change Consultant will engage in a major SAP S/4HANA transformation program, leading change management efforts specifically within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) workstream. This role involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams to ensure that users are prepared for change, and it includes activities such as stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and overall business readiness throughout the implementation process.
Responsibilities
- Lead Change Management activities across the SAP OTC workstream.
- Develop change strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Support organisational change and business readiness.
- Conduct impact assessments and change analysis.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Develop training materials and support end-user enablement.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams.
- Support deployment, hypercare, and successful business adoption.
Requirements
- Proven SAP Change Management experience.
- Previous SAP S/4HANA transformation programme experience.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.
- Experience delivering communications, training, and business readiness activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience supporting UAT and deployment activities.
