Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager to oversee complex technology transformations for a leading technology business. The role involves supporting third-party and internal system integrations as part of a multi-year S/4 HANA program, focusing on the discovery and design phases before moving into the build phase. The successful candidate will collaborate with a diverse group of technical stakeholders and manage multiple vendors to ensure effective delivery planning and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
- Oversee the discovery and design phases of the program.
- Coordinate third-party and internal system integrations.
- Develop and maintain project governance, reporting, and risk management processes.
- Engage with multiple vendors and technical stakeholders across global geographies.
- Facilitate communication among project teams, technical leads, and functional owners.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise transformation objectives from start to finish.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project/program management for complex enterprise technology programs.
- Proven full SDLC implementation experience, including requirements gathering to testing and hypercare.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA transformations.
- Familiarity with managing multi-vendor projects across different regions and time zones.
- Possession of recognized project management qualifications (Prince 2 Practitioner, PMP, MSP, etc.).
- Strong aptitude for stakeholder management at various levels including C-suite and functional owners.
