Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology transformations. The successful candidate will support third-party and internal system integrations as part of a multi-year programme, initially focusing on the discovery and design phase. This role requires adept navigation of a diverse stakeholder group and multiple vendors to ensure effective planning, governance, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Support the discovery and design phase of the SAP S/4 HANA programme.
- Coordinate third-party and internal system integrations.
- Facilitate end-to-end delivery planning and governance.
- Manage project reporting and risk management processes.
- Oversee expectations during the build phase of the project.
- Collaborate with a diverse group of technical stakeholders and vendors.
- Ensure alignment with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Drive the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) implementation from requirements to hypercare.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP Project Manager.
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise technology programmes.
- Experience with full SDLC implementation, including testing and hypercare.
- Prior experience in managing SAP S/4 HANA transformations.
- Hands-on experience in a multi-vendor delivery environment across global geographies.
- Relevant project management certification (Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, MSP, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, engaging with technical leads and C-suite executives.
