Overview
The SAP PTP Change Consultant will play a crucial role in a major SAP S/4HANA transformation program, focusing on the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) workstream. The consultant will lead change management initiatives, facilitating user adoption and organizational readiness while collaborating with business stakeholders and project teams. This remote position requires occasional travel and offers the chance to engage with senior stakeholders across a global organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead Change Management activities across the SAP PTP workstream.
- Develop and execute change, communication, and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Support business readiness and organizational change initiatives.
- Deliver impact assessments and change analysis.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop and deliver training materials and end-user communications.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and functional consultants.
- Support deployment, hypercare, and adoption activities.
Requirements
- Proven SAP Change Management experience.
- Previous involvement in SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes.
- Experience supporting business readiness, communications, and training.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience coordinating UAT and business adoption activities.
