Overview
We are looking for two SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultants to join a global rollout programme. The consultants will be integral in configuring, deploying, and optimising the Employee Central module across various regions, collaborating with HR and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Gather and validate business requirements with HR stakeholders.
- Configure Employee Central to align with global processes and local requirements.
- Assist with testing, defect resolution, data migration, and go-live activities.
- Collaborate closely with HR, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
- Strong hands-on Employee Central configuration skills.
- Experience working on global or multi-country rollouts.
- Solid understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is desirable.
