Overview
The SAP UAT Test Lead will be responsible for leading and coordinating the end-to-end business testing of projects within the SAP S4 programme for a global pharmaceutical company. This role will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that systems are validated and integrated effectively to support operational readiness at go-live. The contractor will define a clear testing strategy and oversee its execution, driving alignment across various teams and ensuring high-quality testing outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination of end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SAP projects.
- Define and implement a comprehensive UAT strategy and operating model.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration and clarify ownership for testing processes.
- Ensure seamless integration testing between SAP and Non-SAP systems.
- Provide governance for UAT standards, defect management, and reporting.
- Manage complex dependencies and integration points within the testing ecosystem.
- Oversee execution of special project testing in alignment with Core SAP deployment.
- Ensure confident business readiness and sign-off for go-live.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of test management experience at a test lead level.
- Experience managing System Integration Testing (SIT) and UAT for large-scale SAP programmes.
- Proven ability to manage multi-time zone and cross-business function testing.
- Experience coordinating testing for complex SAP and Non-SAP systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
- Project management experience is desirable.
