Overview
We are seeking a SC Cleared Business Analyst to support a UK Government department on a 12-month contract basis. The role involves collaborating with teams on various Technology Modernisation projects, focusing on providing technology solutions to critical sectors such as health, education, and local to central government. This position requires onsite presence for two days a week, offering the opportunity to engage in complex and impactful projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback.
- Support the development and implementation of technology solutions.
- Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business expectations.
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Provide expertise in software development lifecycle best practices.
Requirements
- Active SC Clearance is mandatory.
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in government or public sector environments.
- Strong background in technical and software development projects.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle in an agile context.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
- Experience in a financial or regulatory environment is advantageous.
