Overview
The SC Cleared Change Manager will lead and manage the Change Management process, ensuring effective coordination and communication of change requests within the organization. Working primarily in a fully remote capacity with occasional travel, the contractor will collaborate with various stakeholders, including operational leads and project managers, to facilitate successful deployments and drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Change Management process to ensure effective coordination of all change requests.
- Log, assess, prioritize, risk-review, and approve changes with appropriate stakeholders.
- Identify, escalate, and manage risks and issues to ensure successful deployment into the live environment.
- Promote continuous process improvement for simpler and more efficient operations.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Change Management.
- Communicate planned changes clearly to impacted customers and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with operational leads, service managers, project managers, customers, and suppliers.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Change Management methodologies and principles, preferably ITIL or equivalent.
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on delivery and time management.
- Ability to interpret, analyze, and present data effectively to all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships through effective communication.
