Overview
The SC/DV Technical Lead Engineer will provide technical leadership for cloud and software delivery programs, necessitating active SC or DV clearance. Working in collaboration with engineering teams, architects, and stakeholders, the successful candidate will guide solution design, implement engineering best practices, and ensure successful delivery of projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across delivery teams.
- Guide solution design, implementation, and operational readiness.
- Review technical approaches to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.
- Support Agile delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, DevOps, and testing teams.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical leadership position (e.g. Senior Software Engineer / Platform Engineer / DevOps Engineer).
- Strong background delivering cloud-based and modern software solutions.
- Experience leading engineering teams within Agile environments.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, or other enterprise cloud platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, containers, and modern engineering practices.
- Software engineering experience delivering scalable applications, APIs, and secure development principles.
- Strong understanding of security, resilience, and operational excellence.
