Overview
The SC/DV Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in a major public sector transformation program, providing technical leadership across multiple delivery teams. Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and engineering oversight
- Work closely with architects, product managers, and delivery teams
- Review technical designs and implementation approaches
- Mentor and support engineers across the team
- Drive engineering standards and best practices
- Support Agile delivery and continuous improvement
- Help resolve complex technical and delivery challenges
- Contribute to technical planning and engineering roadmaps
Requirements
- Proven experience leading engineering or technical delivery teams
- Strong background in software engineering, cloud, or platform technologies
- Experience working within Agile environments
- Comfortable working across multiple technical disciplines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for developing engineers and improving team capability
- Delivery-focused with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Desirable: experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), DevOps, CI/CD, or secure system design
