Overview
The Scrum Master will take charge of leading the Agile development process for a prominent Ecommerce client. This role focuses on coaching and guiding the team in Agile principles and practices, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement within the Agile framework. The Scrum Master will also assess team maturity and ensure alignment between product owners and the business's delivery goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Agile development process by implementing Scrum ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Coach the team on Agile principles, values, and practices to enhance their performance.
- Facilitate effective collaboration and communication within the team and with stakeholders.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
- Conduct workshops and health-checks to assess and improve team maturity.
- Empower cross-functional teams to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with product owners to align delivery with business value.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience in conducting team health-checks and workshops focused on team self-management.
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in embracing Agile principles.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
