Overview
The Security Architect will lead the design and assurance of security for enterprise platforms within a major transformation programme, specifically focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technology services. Working collaboratively with Enterprise Architecture, Technology teams, and programme stakeholders, this role will ensure security is integral throughout the delivery lifecycle, advising on security controls and helping to secure the implementation of D365 solutions alongside complex integrations and cloud services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and review cybersecurity architecture across enterprise systems, networks, and cloud platforms.
- Provide security architecture guidance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and integrations.
- Assess the impact of D365 and third-party integrations on the organisation's security posture.
- Support the design of secure Identity and Access Management solutions.
- Produce security architecture documentation throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Conduct security assurance reviews to identify gaps and risks.
- Define and document security controls for systems, applications, and networks.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Cyber Security teams on compliance and risk management processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Security Architect in large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity architecture principles and secure design approaches.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 security architecture and governance.
- Knowledge of D365 security models, role-based access control, and integration security.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and security tools.
- Background in security assurance, risk management, and architecture governance.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
- Desirable experience within regulated environments and knowledge of Zero Trust principles.
