Overview
This role focuses on supporting network security architecture as a Contract Solutions Architect, working within a hybrid model in the North West region. The contractor will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Zero Trust strategies, particularly utilizing Zscaler and Palo Alto technologies, while ensuring that technical risks are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Implement Zero Trust solutions and network security protocols.
- Review and evaluate network architecture and design documents.
- Support issue resolution and mitigate technical risks during project phases.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective delivery and implementation of security solutions.
- Assist in integrating additional tools and systems such as ClarOTy and Splunk as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Zero Trust security solutions, specifically Zscaler ZTNA and Palo Alto technologies.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and architecture.
- Experience in reviewing architectural documentation and network design.
- Ability to manage technical risks and support issue resolution during implementation.
- Familiarity with ClarOTy, Splunk, or ServiceNow is a plus.
- Experience in manufacturing operations and regulated environments (SOX / GxP) is preferred.
