Overview
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the technical development of an autonomous agent platform aimed at enhancing B2B workflow intelligence through intelligent, self-learning systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Architecture, Security, DevOps, and Commercial, to architect scalable AI solutions that support customer-facing features while ensuring reliability and security. As part of this role, you will focus on developing multi-agent orchestration and automating workflows within a fully remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable AI frameworks for autonomous task execution.
- Implement self-learning systems that adapt to user behavior and transaction patterns.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and customer data isolation.
- Engineer production-ready AI services utilizing TypeScript/JavaScript, .NET, or Python.
- Deploy and manage services on AWS, optimizing for performance and cost efficiency.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and third-party APIs.
- Evaluate and adopt new AI technologies while mentoring team members in best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and .NET.
- Deep expertise in major AI platforms and frameworks.
- Strong experience with AWS services including Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, and CloudFormation/CDK.
- Solid database skills, particularly with MySQL, and experience in building data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with autonomous agents and intelligent workflow automation.
- Degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge in NLP, computer vision, or recommender systems is beneficial.
- Open-source contributions in relevant areas are a plus.
