Overview
We are seeking an experienced 11kV Senior Authorised Person to support various network reinforcement, asset replacement, and customer connection projects across the UK. This role involves collaborating with contractors and project teams, ensuring compliance with DNO safety regulations, and performing high-voltage switching activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background and will work primarily during weekdays with opportunities for overtime.
Responsibilities
- Carry out HV switching and isolation activities up to 11kV.
- Issue and receive safety documents.
- Support planned outages and coordinate network access requirements.
- Coordinate contractors and project teams on site.
- Ensure all works comply with DNO safety rules and procedures.
- Support asset replacement and network reinforcement schemes.
Requirements
- Current or recent 11kV SAP authorisation with a UK DNO.
- Sanctions for Test certification.
- Strong operational switching experience.
- Experience in supporting capital delivery and network projects.
- Full UK driving license.
