Senior Backend Engineer - £575pd Outside IR35 We're partnered with a global professional services company focussed on cost reduction and programme management. Currently looking for a skilled Backend Python Engineer to join on a 6 month project. Fully remote in UK Outside IR35 - up to £575 per day 6 month contract (extensions likely) Requirements Minimum of 4 years of advanced experience working with Python and Flask Hands-on experience with SQL databases Strong expertise in software design principles and building REST APIs 1+ year of Angular experience is a bonus If you'd like to see a job description and discuss further then please apply here.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend applications using Python and Flask.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate APIs.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs.
• Utilize SQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
• Ensure software design principles are consistently applied.
• Participate in code reviews and mentoring of junior developers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Python and Flask.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases.
• Strong understanding of software design principles.
• Experience in building REST APIs.
• 1+ year of experience with Angular is a bonus.
