Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / ERP Consultant to lead critical business analysis within a major ERP-led transformation programme. This role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders and delivery partners to shape business requirements and define future processes. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in ERP implementations, particularly from a Big 4 consultancy, and will navigate both strategic and detailed analytic tasks to ensure effective project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities across the ERP programme lifecycle from initiation to go-live.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to assess business objectives and transformation priorities.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and process specifications.
- Document current and future-state processes with an emphasis on finance and supply chain.
- Facilitate workshops involving stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors.
- Support ERP vendor selection by defining requirements and assessment criteria.
- Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and improved controls.
- Prepare documentation for solution architects and implementation teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or ERP Consultant on large-scale ERP projects.
- Significant experience in a Big 4 consultancy environment.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong background in finance processes and related controls.
- Experience with supply chain, sourcing, procurement, and logistics processes.
- Ability to convert high-level requirements into detailed implementation documentation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder interactions.
