Overview
The Senior Business Analyst role focuses on leveraging expertise in Salesforce and Kantata SX to optimize Professional Services operations. The contractor will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Operations, to analyze business requirements, refine user stories, and facilitate improvements in project workflows. This position requires a blend of strategic insight and detailed execution, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technical teams to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
- Support process optimization within Professional Services, including resource management and implementation workflows.
- Configure Salesforce, collaborate on enhancements in Kantata SX and Napta.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories for agile development.
- Drive documentation in JIRA and Confluence, including workflows and process maps.
- Support data validation and integrations between Salesforce and related systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 2+ years in Salesforce and Kantata SX.
- Strong knowledge of Professional Services and Project Portfolio Management processes.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and Lucidchart/Visio.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Bonus: Experience with NetSuite, Workday, or Zuora; familiarity with API integrations or basic SQL.
