Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in a strategic global ERP transformation focused on international trade, customs compliance, and logistics. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to analyze current processes, define future-state requirements, and support the implementation of integrated ERP capabilities. This position involves working onsite for three days a week, facilitating workshops, and producing documentation essential for the project.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and standardisation.
- Produce high-quality functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and business process documentation.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and technical teams to support solution design.
- Facilitate workshops across multiple business functions including Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance.
- Assist with data mapping, migration activities, and process validation.
- Coordinate system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide ongoing support during deployment and post-go-live stabilisation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale ERP implementation programmes.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay business processes.
- Experience with international trade, customs, and regulatory compliance processes.
- Proficient in business process modelling using BPMN, Visio, or similar tools.
- Experience writing functional requirements, business cases, and process documentation.
- Knowledge of systems integration between ERP applications and third-party platforms.
- Experience supporting testing activities including SIT and UAT.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
