Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on backend integration for a 12-month contract role involving hybrid working arrangements. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and third-party providers, contributing to large-scale transformation and re-platforming projects in the Life & Pensions and Financial Services sectors. The position requires extensive experience across the software delivery lifecycle and a strong technical background in systems and backend integrations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multi-BA teams and third-party providers to drive delivery of complex change programmes.
- Engage with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure integration streams are effectively managed.
- Deliver large-scale transformation and re-platforming initiatives within the Life & Pensions and Financial Services sectors.
- Utilize Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate throughout project lifecycles.
- Focus on system and backend integration, including APIs and data flows, to facilitate seamless operations.
- Support the development of business cases and project initiation processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis with a strong focus on backend integration.
- Proven experience in the Life & Pensions or Financial Services sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle and methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Expertise in working with APIs and managing data flows for system integration.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-BA team environment and manage cross-functional relationships.
