Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with extensive Salesforce experience to manage a significant technology initiative within a multi-site organization operating across the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating workshops and transforming complex requirements into actionable solutions, ensuring effective communication throughout the project.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements workshops across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Map current and future-state processes while analyzing cross-functional technology impacts.
- Own standardised user stories, functional designs, and technical hand-offs.
- Influence solution design in collaboration with developers and architects.
- Track and report on delivery, quality assurance, and system impact throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years at a Senior level in complex technological environments.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce (Sales and Service Cloud), with preference for certification.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps is essential; knowledge of Microsoft Azure SaaS/PaaS is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of measurable impact and ability to discuss quantitative results.
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver independently in a fast-paced environment.
