Senior Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our international transportation organisation on a hybrid basis, working two days a week in London. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze needs and define requirements while supporting the delivery of effective IT solutions aligned with business objectives. Your expertise will be critical in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, acting as a key liaison among various teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Collaborate with IT teams, architects, and developers on solution design.
• Analyze and improve existing business processes.
• Support the project lifecycle from requirements definition to implementation.
• Engage in stakeholder management and communication efforts.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English.
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with development teams and solution architects.
• Experience with requirement engineering and business case preparation.
• Proven ability to challenge business needs and existing processes.
