Overview
This role involves acting as a Senior Business Systems / Transformation Analyst with a focus on insurance pricing technology, making significant contributions to the design and implementation of innovative pricing solutions. The successful contractor will collaborate with product, engineering, and configuration teams to ensure that the insurance pricing platform is properly governed and adopted by clients, while also defining operational processes to facilitate effective delivery. This position offers a chance to shape the future of insurance pricing and is suited for candidates with a background in complex software delivery environments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and configuration teams to create scalable delivery models.
- Define operational processes to support implementation and governance of the pricing solution.
- Assist insurance clients in managing, testing, and promoting pricing changes within a compliant framework.
- Provide insights into the development and deployment of rating logic changes.
- Drive the definition of Target Operating Models (TOMs) and onboarding approaches.
- Ensure effective systems integration, including managing data flows and interactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Systems Analysis within complex software environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of insurance pricing platforms, rating engines, or product configuration solutions.
- Understanding of the testing and governance framework for pricing teams.
- Experience defining Target Operating Models (TOMs) and delivery processes.
- Strong knowledge of systems integration, including JSON structures and data flows.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Prior experience in pricing transformation programs is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with rules-based or configuration-driven platforms and Agile delivery methodologies.
