The Senior Change Programme Manager will lead a team of experienced project management professionals within the Change function, focusing on the development and execution of complex change programs. Responsibilities

  • Lead and line manage a team of seven project management professionals.
  • Define and embed the change delivery framework for the team.
  • Set clear objectives and drive continuous professional development.
  • Shape, mobilise, and deliver complex programs and projects.
  • Assemble necessary structures, governance, resources, and plans for execution.
  • Retain ownership of selected key programs while overseeing wider project portfolios.
  • Build effective relationships with team members to support their career development.
  • Utilise Agile and Waterfall methodologies in program delivery.

Requirements

  • Significant experience at programme management level, particularly in law firms.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex programs in professional services.
  • Experience in shaping and mobilising programs from inception to delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to line manage and develop high-performing project teams.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a focus on relationship building.
  • Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • PRINCE2 certification is required.
