Overview
The Senior Customer Data Analyst will join a high-impact analytics team focused on delivering actionable insights that drive commercial outcomes. Working collaboratively with a close-knit group of analysts and reporting to the Head of Analytics, this role involves engaging with senior stakeholders to enhance data utilization across the business. The contract position is hybrid, requiring two days in the office, and is designed to have a significant impact on both immediate and long-term analytical strategies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver actionable insights across customer segmentation and behaviour analysis.
- Build and enhance churn models and retention strategies.
- Analyse marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations.
- Identify short-term improvements and contribute to long-term analytical approaches.
- Explore and utilize new data sources for deeper insights.
- Partner with global stakeholders to influence decisions and showcase the value of analytics.
Requirements
- Strong experience in SQL and proficiency in Python and/or R for advanced analysis.
- Proven track record in delivering insights related to churn, retention, and marketing performance.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or similar.
- Capability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across teams.
- Background in telecoms or fast-paced consumer environments is advantageous.
