Overview
The Senior Cyber Security Test Manager / Test Lead will spearhead the test strategy and governance for a significant cyber security transformation within a FTSE 100 organisation. Collaborating closely with security architects, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders, the contractor will ensure comprehensive testing across multiple workstreams and projects while driving quality assurance and defect management.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the programme Test Strategy, Test Plans, and governance.
- Lead Security, System, Integration, UAT, Operational, and Performance Testing.
- Coordinate testing across multiple projects, suppliers, and business teams.
- Drive defect management, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Produce Test Exit Reports, dashboards, and executive-level status reporting.
- Support Go/No-Go decisions and release readiness.
- Ensure robust security testing, evidence, and assurance throughout the programme.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Cyber Security Test Manager, Security Test Lead or Senior Programme Test Manager.
- Strong background in Cyber Security Testing and Security Assurance.
- Experience with IAM, RBAC, Vulnerability Management, Security Governance and Secure SDLC.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and supplier coordination.
- Strong understanding of risk-based testing, governance and release assurance.
