Overview
This role as a Senior Delivery Lead focuses on driving a data transformation programme within an Energy & Utilities client. The contractor will collaborate closely with C-Suite stakeholders and a cross-functional team to assess business needs, plan transitions, and implement effective data governance practices. The role demands a hands-on approach to delivering change while fostering organisational relationships and processes that ensure sustainable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a multi-phase change programme across various organisational pillars.
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders, including C-Suite executives, to extract objectives and challenges.
- Utilize process mapping and value stream mapping to analyze and propose aligned processes.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with stakeholders to encourage adoption of new practices.
- Ensure the establishment of sustainable working methods that the client can maintain independently.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in delivering change programmes and fostering enduring improvements.
- Proficient in business analysis methods.
- Ability to build credibility with both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity and evolving client requirements.
- Familiarity with consultancy dynamics and achieving client outcomes.
- Experience in energy market transformation, data engineering/governance, or analytics is preferred.
